A Review of Steelmaking Technologies
Abstract: Steelmaking is the method of developing steel from iron ore (usually haematite) and scrap. The impurities such as nitrogen, sulphur, silicon, phosphorus and excess carbon are separated out from the raw iron and alloying elements such as nickel, manganese, vanadium, molybdenum and chromium are added to impart different properties to steel. The technology of steelmaking has made great advancements with time. This paper describes the modern technologies used in a steel plant while reviewing the conventional processes as well.

A Review of Design and Material Selection for a Hybrid Vehicle
Abstract: Hybridization in automobiles can be regarded as a significant step in reducing greenhouse gases and harmful emissions. In the modern era, where gasoline powered vehicles are ruling the automotive industry; the technology of hybrid vehicles may reduce the consumption of fuel and become one of the most important eco-friendly technology in the near future. Further development of hybrid vehicles should be encouraged to reduce dependency on fossil fuel. This paper describes the design and fabrication procedures that were undertaken for the manufacture of a hybrid vehicle and a brief idea of alternate materials that were used and what could have been used instead.

A REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS OF BIOMECHANICS IN SPORTS
Abstract: Sports biomechanics is an analysis of sports' activities and professional athletes in general. It can plainly be called the Physics of Sports. In this sub division of biomechanics, the principles of mechanics are incorporated to gain a better insight of athletic performance via computer simulation, mathematical modelling and measurement. This paper briefly describes about the various methods in which biomechanics has enabled the athletes to perform better while being safe.
